Bob Davies is  a qualified Complementary Therapist and a Member of  the Complementary Therapists Association and associate Member of ISMA. 

I hold the ITEC Diploma in Holistic Massage and Aromatherapy. Qualified in Reflexology since 1998. I hold a CRB enhanced disclosure certificate. 

Complementary therapies aim to balance your mind and body and encourage a return to your own rythmic level of function. I focus simply on the restorative effects of improving the overall equilibrium within the client - a delicate and complex synthesis of spiritual, physical and emotional aspects to help you heal and deal with stress. I work predominantly with the cause and effect of stress and will encourage you to relax, many clients will relax very deeply indeed. 

I am especially interested in complementary therapies as relaxation therapy and in their potential ability to support and encourage healing and to manage stress.
